After my weekly weigh-in and my latest return to the 200s, I wanted a break from monitoring and took a day-off on Tuesday.  My plan was to only chill out and never stress and eat some yummy meals with out stressing the factors and how one can steadiness the splurges.  We met Mother and Dad to see Prime Gun Maverik, an early Father’s Day because it was $5 day and half priced popcorn day.  We had dinner at Olive Backyard afterwards and I loved each chew guilt free.

My plan was to not make the remainder of the week loosey goosey and get again on monitor.  Wednesday went in keeping with plan, although there was temptation to carry house pizza after I left my extra time shift early.  I caught to my plan and ate my ready/tracked salad as a substitute.

Thursday didn’t go in keeping with plan.  Swapping up my Zero Level Meals left me feeling hungry all day lengthy.  I simply felt like I couldn’t get full.  Finally I gave in, and The Hubs and I went out to one in all our native Mexican eating places.  That opened the door to some beer, ice cream, and finally late-night pizza.  Oy!  I actually loved Lovejoys Ice Cream, a new-to-me ice cream parlor on the town.  We bought a sampler of 5 flavors for $7.

 

I began Friday off on the correct foot logging some intentional train and attending a digital WW workshop with my favourite WW Coach.  I pre-tracked my day together with a lunch go to with my buddy Melissa, whom I’d not seen shortly.  We met at Waffle Love the place I ordered the waffle plate with two eggs, two slices of bacon, and a croissant waffle, which I ate half.  It was good, and I can’t wait to return for a candy waffle as they'd so many good ones to select from.

 

The aim this week continues to be to log intentional train and shake issues up with my meals.  I'm hoping I can flip issues round being on monitor for the following 4 days in a row.  I'm attending a child bathe tomorrow and already planning to off-set these factors with decrease level meals at work.
