Arugula Pesto Egg Sandwich Recipe

Eggs pack full amino acids (which our physique wants) and lots of protein.  In case you are vegetarian, do that sandwich with fried tofu.  It’s fast, straightforward, wholesome and packs a bunch of vitamins. The protein and wholesome fat will fill you up too.

Elements:

  • 2 items of toast (one in case you are watching your carbs)
  • 1 tbsp pesto (really easy to make, do that recipe)
  • One handful of arugula on every bit of bread
  • 1 egg fried or comfortable or onerous boiled, prime with arugula
  • Salt and pepper to style
  • Non-obligatory tomato on prime

The best way to Make:

  • Add butter, butter ghee or a little bit of oil within the pan for fried eggs
  • Boil or fry your egg as you want
  • Toast the bread
  • Unfold the pesto on one or either side of bread
  • Add arugula to either side of bread
  • Lay the egg on prime
  • Add salt and pepper toast
  • I like so as to add a bit extra arugula on prime of the egg
  • Non-obligatory” prime with tomato
