One thing I hear a lot is “I want to down-size my kitchen.” Whether that’s for empty nesters, or even busy families that have accumulated too many items and are a bit overwhelmed, I totally get it. This past weekend, I cleaned out my pantry and removed anything that was out of date or I truly wasn’t going to use (about 10 items!), and re-organized by type of food – grains, baking, canned vegetables, seasonings, and sauces.
