One thing I hear a lot is “I want to down-size my kitchen.” Whether that’s for empty nesters, or even busy families that have accumulated too many items and are a bit overwhelmed, I totally get it. This past weekend, I cleaned out my pantry and removed anything that was out of date or I truly wasn’t going to use (about 10 items!), and re-organized by type of food – grains, baking, canned vegetables, seasonings, and sauces. It’s the same with our kitchen tools. Our kitchens are a spot to make fast and healthy meals that bring our families together. But that really does start with our tools.
