  • 2 tsp floor cumin
  • 1 tsp floor cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp floor allspice
  • 1/2 tsp floor cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp floor turmeric
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1/2 tsp freshly floor black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless rooster breasts, thinly sliced into 2-inch lengthy items
  • 1 onion, halved and minimize into skinny crescents
  • 1/2 cup entire milk plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 6 entire wheat pita bread
  • 3 dill pickle spears, chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 levels F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put aside.
