EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Los Angeles Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh advised reporters Wednesday that he was dissatisfied and disagreed with the NFL's decision to suspend security Derwin James Jr. for Sunday's sport in opposition to the Kansas City Chiefs.
